🍵 How to Make Giloy Decoction (Kadha)
1️⃣ Take a 4–5 inch fresh Giloy stem or 1 teaspoon Giloy powder.
2️⃣ Add to 2 cups of water and boil until it reduces to half.
3️⃣ Optionally, add 5–7 fresh Tulsi (holy basil) leaves and a small piece of ginger.
4️⃣ Strain and drink warm.
📌 Recommended intake: 1–2 times a day, after meals.
