Cholesterol is a fat-like, waxy substance produced by the liver and also obtained from food.
Cholesterol does not move freely in blood. It travels in particles called lipoproteins:
1️⃣ LDL (Low-Density Lipoprotein) – “Bad Cholesterol” 😈
2️⃣ HDL (High-Density Lipoprotein) – “Good Cholesterol” 😇
3️⃣ VLDL (Very Low-Density Lipoprotein)

✅ Eat light, easily digestible foods – millet, barley, green vegetables
