🌿 Gokhru (Tribulus Terrestris): Health Benefits, Uses & Ayurvedic Remedies

Gokhru, also known as Tribulus Terrestris, is a well-known Ayurvedic herb widely used for improving respiratory health, digestion, kidney function, and overall strength. It has been traditionally used in Ayurveda for centuries due to its diuretic, anti-inflammatory, and rejuvenating properties.
